At Culebra Itineraries, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our guests and our business. Please review the following terms before booking your experience:
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour: Full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the scheduled tour: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: No refund will be issued.
- No-shows: No refunds or rescheduling.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
If the tour is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, we will offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. The decision will be made by the captain/tour operator.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Guests may request a one-time reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within less than 72 hours are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Processing fees may be deducted from refunds, depending on the payment provider.
