Looking to turn your vehicle into a source of passive income? If you own a car, truck, or golf cart, we’re interested in renting it from you. Rest assured, only Culebra Itinerary Planning employees will operate your vehicle, and we treat each property with the utmost care and respect. We value strong relationships and ensure your vehicle is well-maintained. Let’s start generating some extra income for you!​

Qualifications:

1. Your vehicle must have a valid registration and current insurance.
2. Your vehicle must be in good working order.
3. All Vehicles will be thoroughly inspected and test-driven by a Culebra Itinerary Planners employee before they are approved to enter the program.
4. You must be willing to use our calendar system for the vehicle's availability. You can use your vehicle anytime but will need to mark it as not available on our calendar for that day and time.
5. Our service area is limited to Culebra at this time so your vehicle must be located on the Island.

Here is the offer:

1. We will split the profit with you 50/50. Here is what we charge the customer (Golf cart- $75/day Car- $100/day Jeep or truck- $150/day. You would receive ½ of that. Note: Fuel is included in our rental price.
2. After each use, we will clean the vehicle and replace the fuel that was consumed on that trip.
3. We will pay out rental fees every week on Monday. Payouts will be from the prior week. All payments will be made digitally using Zelle/Venmo/CashApp. You will also be provided with a statement containing all booking information. ​

Boat Program

​Want to turn your liability into an asset? Are you interested in passive income? If you own a boat but rarely use it, this program is for you. Culebra Itinerary Planning will rent your boat. Your boat will only be operated by licensed captains who are very familiar with navigating these waters. Your boat will be in good hands with a licensed professional.

​Qualifications:

1. Your boat must have a valid registration and current insurance.
2. Your boat must be in good working order
3. Your boat must have a working bathroom.
4. Your boat must provide shade so our guests can get out of the sun.
5. Your boat must have all USCG-required safety equipment. The boat must also have 2 anchors and proper boat lines.
6. All boats will be thoroughly inspected and test-driven by one of our licensed Captains before they are approved to enter the program. Every Captain will carry cruising and maintenance logbooks and make entries whenever a boat is used.
7. You must be willing to use our calendar system for the boat's availability. You can use your boat anytime but will need to mark it as not available on the calendar for that day and time.
8. Your boat must be located in our services area which includes the following:
   • Puerto Rico
   • Culebra
   • Vieques
   • St. Thomas
   • St. John

Here is the offer:

We will split the profit with you 50/50. This means that after all trip expenses are paid (fuel/captain/food and drinks), the remaining funds will be split 50/50. Our trips are 3 hours long so the boat could be used for more than 1 trip a day.

Total expenses:	$300
Profit (50/50)	$200/PP
